If you are an employer using this portal and if you have any complaints or if you have any feedback/suggestions for the portal, please email us to feedback@jobzone.qa. Our team will address the issue as soon as possible.
 
Seeker
If you are a jobseeker and if you have any kind of complaint or queries, email us to  feedback@jobzone.qa All queries or complaints will be addressed within a very short period. If you are a paid jobseeker and if you have any complaint regarding the delivery of your paid service such as resume writing, email us your complaint to  admin@jobzone.qa. All queries or complaints will be addressed within a very short period.
 
Escalation
If you feel that the action item taken against your email is not satisfactory, you may escalate your complaint to our Manager along with your complaint ID. You can mail it to hr@jobzone.qa
