Description

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a background in civil construction, possessing a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be of Arabic nationality, proficient in English, and have a strong understanding of construction-related sales. A valid license is mandatory, and proficiency in 3D designing is a significant advantage. Job Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the civil construction industry.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the construction sector.
  3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction-related products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
  4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations, utilizing 3D designs where applicable, to showcase products and solutions.
  6. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring favorable agreements for both parties.
  7. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional activities.

Skills and Abilities



  1. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of the civil construction industry.

  2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic proficiency is essential.

  3. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.

  4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with 3D design tools and the ability to present designs to potential clients.

Educational Qualification

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the civil construction industry.
