We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a Filipino national with 1-5 years of experience. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of goods and materials. Bachelors only.

Job Responsibilities

Material Handling: Efficiently and safely handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying orders, and organizing products within the warehouse.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and packing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are in the correct quantity and condition.
Quality Control: Inspect goods for damages or defects, report issues, and work collaboratively with the team to resolve any quality-related issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

Skills and Abilities

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in handling and documenting inventory.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.

Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced work environments.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.

Educational Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-5 years of relevant experience as a Warehouse Worker.
