Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC region. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, Arabic, and Hindi.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. Accommodation and transportation will be provided, and a valid driver's license is mandatory. Bachelor only.

Only candidates with a bachelor's degree and who are not currently married will be considered.

Job Responsibilities

Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control procedures, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that goods are received, stored, and dispatched in accordance with quality standards, and address any issues promptly.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline warehouse processes to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and minimize costs.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety training, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.
Documentation: Manage and review all warehouse documentation, including shipping/receiving records, invoices, and reports.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve operational challenges promptly and efficiently.

Skills and Abilities

Multilingual Proficiency: Proficient in English, Arabic, and Hindi.

Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Organizational Skills: Effective organizational and time management skills.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.

Computer Skills: Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Educational Qualification

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision in the GCC region.
